Regulations for Entry to Shahid Nasiri Stadium, Yazd

All individuals entering the stadium, whether they are coming in or going out, are required to follow the following rules:

– Behave in a manner that does not cause injury, harm, danger, unnecessary obstruction, alarm, or discomfort to others, and does not damage property.

– Comply with all instructions and directives provided by the event organizers, police, or other emergency service officials.

– If the event organizers deem it necessary for safety and security reasons, vacate your designated or occupied seat.

– If required by the event organizers or a local health official, use face masks or face shields as permitted under this stadium behavior code.

– Immediately take necessary actions to inform the relevant authorities of any incidents to allow for appropriate measures to be taken.

– Do not enter the playing field or other restricted areas such as stadium operation rooms, VIP rooms, media rooms, etc.

– Throwing objects, substances, or liquids of any kind, especially towards another person or in the direction of the playing field or surrounding areas, is prohibited.

– It is forbidden to ignite, abandon, or throw fire, use weapons, smoke bombs, or other incendiary devices, firefighting equipment, or other devices with similar effects.

– Blocking or obstructing passageways, corridors, stairways, streets, entrances, and exits to the stadium, access to seating areas, emergency exits, or obstructing or interfering with open areas that could lead to crowd congestion or the risk of crushing, crowd panic, or public disorder is prohibited.

– Any form of antisocial behavior, promoting any violent, intimidating, threatening, or harmful behavior, or behavior that may disturb public order or insult an individual is prohibited.

– Intimidating, harassing, or physically, sexually, or mentally abusing oneself or any other person, including players and officials involved in the match, is prohibited.

– Standing on the seats of spectators in any way that unreasonably obstructs the view of others, including standing in areas designated for disabled spectators, is prohibited.

– Climbing on illegal public-use structures and facilities, such as closed fences, walls, barbed wire, barriers, light poles, camera platforms, trees, or rooftops is prohibited.

– Using clothing or other items to conceal the face, except in emergencies, is prohibited.

– Cursing or chanting in a political, insulting, and/or discriminatory manner is prohibited.

– Any form of offensive or inappropriate behavior, such as nudity and similar actions that undermine standards of decency, is prohibited.

– Throwing objects such as trash in public spaces, except in designated areas, is prohibited.

– Smoking or using any tobacco products, as well as any electronic smoking devices, is prohibited in all areas except designated outdoor smoking areas.

– Damaging any part of the stadium, including trees, plants, and walls, is prohibited.

– The use of devices that produce excessive noise or interfere with the game or watching football matches is prohibited, except for devices approved by the event organizers to express support for teams and football players.

– Causing disruption or interference with the operation of stadium facilities is prohibited.

– Any behavior aimed at obstructing the functioning of CCTV cameras or covering them is prohibited.

– Writing, coloring, or posting anything on structural elements, facilities, or walkways is prohibited.

– The use or possession of signs and flags that are political, insulting, and/or discriminatory, which insult other orientations or ethnicities, is prohibited.

– Any charitable activities and collection of cash donations without permission are prohibited.

– Engaging in any gambling activities, betting, or making any predictions or attempts to predict sports outcomes for financial gain is prohibited.

– Selling tickets or merchandise to others outside the ticketing system is prohibited.

– Any other behavior or organizing such behavior that may interfere with the comfort, safety, or enjoyment of the competition for various individuals or disrupts the sporting nature of the competition is prohibited.

Event organizers reserve the right to make final decisions regarding the prohibition of any behavior in the stadium and to prevent the entry of individuals whose presence and behavior are contrary to the event’s security.
